Tom’s Place is a transitional supportive housing project for senior men who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It was funded by the federal government’s Homelessness Partnering Strategy as a result of a successful application by All-Together. It opened in July 2010 and comprises a main kitchen, living room, four upstairs bedrooms and a studio-type unit for use by our Facility Tenant, who is responsible for reporting maintenance and repairs issues to All-Together as well as acting as a good-will neighborhood ambassador for the agency.
Referrals and ongoing support are provided by our valued partner Canadian Mental Health Association, Hastings-Prince Edward Branch (CMHA-HPE)
