Marmora Place (Deloro)
Marmora Place will be a new multi-residential apartment building that will open in future years. Following a similar model to Sidney Place and Great St James, Marmora place will will be located in an established residential neighbourhood near town. The property is co-owned by All-Together Housing and Springale Development and building will begin in late 2024.
Marmora Place will offer 15 one bedroom units for low-income seniors as well as a common room, laundry room, office, universal washroom and a storage shed.
